Introcuding Busines Engine’s New 2.0 User Interface

We’re excited to unveil the latest updates to COS Business Engine 2.0 UI, designed to enhance usability, streamline workflows, and provide users with quicker access to essential information. Our goal is to make daily operations more efficient, helping our customers manage their networks and services with ease.

What’s New?

Improved Search Experience
We’ve redesigned our search field menus, rearranged parameter tabs, and added intuitive navigation, making it easier to find exactly what you’re looking for—faster than ever.

Fly-in Overlays for Quick Access
New overlays (or fly-ins) allow users to access advanced search parameters, previously saved queries, and other key features without leaving the page. These enhancements reduce clicks and improve workflow efficiency.

Enhanced Customer View
Business Engine users can now quickly review past work orders, emails, and notes related to a customer, making it easier to provide fast and informed support. Adding new notes or reviewing previous ones is now more accessible, ensuring a smooth customer service experience.

Upgraded Ticket View
We’ve improved the way individual tickets are displayed, allowing users to instantly see important details, such as active work orders and network objects. Users can now take immediate action—like rebooting or disconnecting a network object—directly from the ticket.

Designed for a More Efficient Workflow

These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to improving the COS Business Engine platform, making it more user-friendly and efficient. With a cleaner interface, enhanced navigation, and smarter tools, we’re making it easier than ever to manage operations seamlessly.

Stay tuned for more details, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team!
